We are now looking for an Sales Manager to grow our Speria business across Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on Thailand and surrounding markets. This is a pure individual‑contributor role – no people management, no P\&L – where your success is measured by growth, relationships, and commercial impact.
Your mission
You will drive sales growth for advanced climate control and digital solutions used in modern food production. Acting as a trusted commercial partner, you will build strong channel relationships, support complex sales cycles, and represent our solutions with confidence in the market.
What you’ll do
Develop, activate, and grow sales channels and partners across Southeast Asia in line with the Speria strategy.
Set clear sales targets with your channels and actively support them to achieve results through structured follow‑ups and joint actions.
Support and participate in large, complex deals, working closely with integrators and key enterprise customers.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales and marketing colleagues, including software and digital solution teams.
Build strong relationships with integrators, partners, and key stakeholders in the region.
Own your pipeline: keep CRM data up to date and contribute to regular regional commercial reviews.
Stay close to the market by gathering first‑hand customer and channel insights, feeding them into forecasting, budgeting, and product development discussions.
Continuously deepen your understanding of farming practices and the food supply chain, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor rather than just a seller.

SKILLS \& REQUIREMENTS
What makes you successful
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within complex solution sales or distributor/channel models.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of or exposure to livestock, agriculture, or FoodTech markets in Southeast Asia.
Comfort working in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot.
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN).
Fluent in English; additional regional languages such as Thai, Vietnamese, or Filipino are a strong advantage.
