Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5–8 years’ experience in vendor and contract management within data centres or large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contract administration, and standard contract forms.
Good understanding of construction lifecycle, CSA, MEP, commissioning, and operations in mission-critical facilities.
Proven negotiation skills with ability to secure favourable contract terms.
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vendors/contracts and resolve disputes effectively.
Relevant certifications such as CPM, CSCP, or equivalent preferred.
