Job Title: Sales Manager

Alton Fencing and Steel Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. UAE Driving License is mandatory. Arabic speaking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales operations for fencing and steel products
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Coordinate with production and site teams for project execution
• Identify market trends and competitor activities
• Manage outdoor sales team and monitor performance
• Conduct client visits and site meetings across UAE

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of UAE sales experience
• Experience in fencing, steel, construction, or building materials industry preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle corporate and project sales
• Good knowledge of UAE market and contractors network
• UAE Driving License mandatory
