We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Security Services Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and promote our security solutions to corporate, commercial, residential, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for security services.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits.
- Present and promote security solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–2years of sales experience, preferably in security services, facility management, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
