Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B and project sales within the lighting fixtures industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and achieving sales targets in the Qatar market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and project owners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads for lighting fixtures and solutions.
- Promote indoor, outdoor, decorative, commercial, and industrial lighting fixtures.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and procurement teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the lighting fixtures, electrical, or construction industry in Qatar.
- Strong network with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders in the Qatar market.
- Strong technical understanding of lighting fixtures and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in project sales and tender business.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pay: QAR9,500.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
