Sales Executive - Istanbul Anatolian Side & Kocaeli (Engineering Plastics)

For our client, a leading global provider of a leading global provider of engineering plastics raw materials, high-performance polymers, and technical raw material solutions, we are looking "Sales Executive" to cover the the Asian Side of Istanbul and Kocaeli region.

Job Description

• Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio in the Istanbul Asian Side and Kocaeli regions, building long-term, sustainable business relationships,
• Identify potential accounts across the region, conduct active field visits, and drive new business acquisition for engineering plastics raw materials,
• Recommend tailored polymer/compound solutions that match customers' technical specifications and raw material requirements,
• Manage end-to-end sales processes including quoting, pricing, contract negotiation, and deal closing,
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional industrial developments to provide strategic reports to management,
• Collaborate closely with local and global technical teams for application development and technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials / Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or field operations specifically within engineering plastics raw materials, technical polymers, or plastic injection raw materials,
• Fluency in English (essential for daily communication with global suppliers and international group operations),
• Passionate about field sales, holding a valid B-class driver’s license with no travel restrictions,
• Strong expertise in B2B sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and account management,
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and representation skills with a result-driven mindset,
• Residing on the Asian Side of Istanbul or in the Kocaeli / Gebze area.
