Senior Payroll Executive (5 days / Construction) [EL]

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process monthly payroll for employees and workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

Consolidate and verify attendance records, overtime claims, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related data from HR and operational teams.

Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within established timelines.

Prepare and distribute payslips, payroll reports, and management summaries.

Handle statutory submissions and payments, including CPF contributions, IRAS reporting, and other regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and employee information.

Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, responding promptly to payroll-related enquiries.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure payroll data accuracy and timely processing.

Support annual audits, payroll reconciliations, and internal compliance reviews.

Ensure adherence to payroll governance, data confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or contracting industry.

Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, including CPF, IRAS, and MOM requirements.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight payroll deadlines.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems; experience with HRiQ will be an advantage.
