A highly reputable, rapidly growing industrial company seeks an experienced, outstanding Sales Representative with Outside Sales and Business-to-Business (B2B) experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in specialized parts, mechanical knowledge of hydraulic cylinder and hose equipment, and service and repair.

Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will act on behalf of Al Rayan Technical \& Maintenance by creating value for current and future customers, managing client relationships, and relaying customer and market information back to Executive Leadership. This is a commission position for an experienced Sales Representative or Account Manager looking to partner with a rapidly growing, service-orientated company.

• Sales rep will manage all client communications and report any issues to Business Partners
• Organize a layout to follow up with all clients and submit weekly agenda to Lead.
• Conduct daily, and weekly follow-up with current and prospective clients.
• Ask clients for referrals.
• Recommend products to customers based on customer’s needs and interests.
• Maintain records, reports, and notes on daily orders and phone conversations with customers.
• Keep ahead of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
• Submit detailed summaries, daily and weekly, of issues on accounts and suggest resolutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; provide technical product information to customer support and prepare thorough and accurate quotes, order acknowledgments, samples, etc.
• Attend training and sales meetings to stay current with all company products.
• Collaborate with all appropriate departments and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all company rules, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 6+ years of sales experience in industrial/mechanics/Fluid Power
• Ability to work independently – progressively and creatively.
• Know the basics of Mechanical operations of heavy machinery or job sites.
• Independently identify areas of need and give feedback to Business Partners
• Ability to work independently, in Office or Remotely
• Comfortable at Job Sites, Project Management Meetings, And Person Contact
• Strong and Ethical daily work management
• Strong written and verbal skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
