Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage customers with a warm and friendly demeanor to create an inviting shopping atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring displays are attractive and stocked, fostering an appealing shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit card transactions, minimizing wait times for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional events that drive customer engagement.
• Utilize point-of-sale systems and inventory software to track sales and manage stock levels, ensuring product availability.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory management to prevent loss and ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and foster relationships.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages(Arabic) is highly valued to cater to diverse customer bases.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
