Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a warm, professional demeanor.
• Provide expert eyewear advice and recommendations to customers.
• Showcase and sell designer optical products, achieving sales targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and trends in the eyewear industry.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Handle transactions, including payments and returns, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Availability to work 3-4 days a week, including weekends as needed.
• Prior experience in retail sales preferred.
• High level of attention to detail.
• High level of initiative.
• A strong interest or background in designer brands and high-end fashion.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A polished, professional appearance that reflects the luxury brand image.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the optical industry or knowledge of eyewear trends and products.
• Multilingual skills to cater to a diverse clientele (Cantonese \& Mandarin Preferred)
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
