Job Summary To assist and support the HR Manager in a business partner role across all HR functions, including payroll coordination, performance management, training, compensation \& benefits, employee relations, attendance management, policy administration, and HR operations. The role works closely with managers and employees to ensure effective HR service delivery, compliance with company policies, and a positive employee experience. Job Responsibilities
Maintain effective working relationships with the business and management teams while coordinating HR activities within the assigned area.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Participate in employee relations, grievance, disciplinary, and workplace investigations.
Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process for employees.
Assist in the annual salary and bonus review process.
Ensure job descriptions are accurate and updated to reflect business requirements.
Support HR projects such as job leveling, salary structure reviews, and organizational initiatives.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.
Monitor employee attendance and follow up on attendance-related matters.
Support payroll coordination and employee compensation and benefits administration.
Assist with employee training and development activities.
Provide general HR administration support and ensure smooth HR operations.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
