The international sales agent will be responsible for promoting GRED’s global portfolio.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Source and grow your network of potential buyers within a target area
  • Registration and qualification of new enquiries
  • Responding to enquiries generated in a professional manner
  • Interacting with clients to offer a first-class service and act as an ambassador for our brand
  • Manage and outsource viewing to the international team and partners
  • Obtaining feedback, generating offers, negotiating and closing deals
  • Liaising with solicitors to ensure deals are exchanged and completed smoothly
  • Maintaining good relationships with previous applicants in order to generate future sales
  • Successfully hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Maintaining records on internal databases at all times

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of sourcing and winning new businesses
  • Sales progression – seeing the process through to completion
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships at all levels
  • Ability to offer strong and bespoke customer service to help clients serve their needs
  • Great communication skills and manners, both verbal and written
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Professional in demeanour and appearance
  • English proficiency is a must, while additional languages (optional)

Some international travel may be required
