We're hiring a high-ticket closer who sells in person — not over the phone.
ACMR builds custom software and operational infrastructure for SMEs across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. We install complete revenue-generating systems — marketing, sales, CRM, and automation — that transform how businesses operate and grow. Our clients are ambitious service business owners making serious investment decisions, and they need someone across the table who can match that ambition.
This is not telesales. This is not a call centre. You will attend pre-booked, in-person consultations with qualified business owners, diagnose the gaps in their operations, present tailored solutions, and close the deal.
What you'll be doing:
- Attending pre-booked, face-to-face consultations with qualified SME owners across Ireland and the UK
- Running a structured diagnostic: assessing the prospect's current marketing, sales, CRM, and operational setup
- Presenting solutions that map our capabilities directly to the prospect's revenue goals
- Handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing contracts ranging from €5K to €50K+ in project value
- Maintaining a disciplined follow-up cadence for prospects who don't close on the first meeting
- Feeding insights back to operations and product teams to sharpen our positioning
- Hitting and exceeding monthly close targets — you're measured on revenue, not activity
Who we're looking for:
- Proven track record closing high-ticket B2B deals (€5K+ per sale) in person
- You understand business operations — marketing funnels, CRM systems, sales processes, and digital infrastructure make sense to you
- Consultative seller — you ask the right questions, listen hard, and position solutions around outcomes, not features
- Comfortable travelling across Ireland and the UK for meetings — this is a field role
- Self-managed and disciplined — you don't need chasing, you chase results
- You see uncapped commission and you get excited, not nervous
Nice to have:
- Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or technology services
- Existing network of SME owners or decision-makers in Ireland/UK
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
