Home \& Gift Warehouse a kitchenware and homewares retail store based at Taren Point with a real focus on excellent customer service is seeking a Casual Retail Sales Assistant.
The position is for casual work incorporating weekends. It will start with 1- 2 days a week with the potential for that to grow and the successful applicants will need to have the flexibility to work up to 4 days a week in the lead up to Christmas.
The role is based in a hardworking but friendly and flexible culture. We are seeking a person who can thrive in this environment.
To be considered for this role you will have to:
* Have retail experience in an environment that requires selling skills.
Applicants without retail experience will not be considered. Homewares retail experience is definitely preferred but not essential.
* Enjoy selling and building relationships with customers.
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have great people skills and enjoy working in a team.
*Have a strong work ethic and be at home working in a small business environment. Apart from retail sales and customer service the role will also be inclusive of merchandising.
