Online Sales Supervisor At Barceló Hotel Group, we continuously enhance our digital sales channels and develop innovative solutions to strengthen our commercial performance. We are seeking an experienced Online Sales Supervisor to lead our online sales operations, support our team, and drive sustainable online revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Online Sales team.
• Monitor and improve the performance of OTA, B2B, and direct sales channels.
• Develop and execute online sales and distribution strategies.
• Analyze revenue, booking, and conversion performance across channels.
• Define, monitor, and report online sales KPIs.
• Support revenue optimization initiatives in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.
• Manage relationships with OTA partners and distribution channels.
• Develop action plans based on market trends, competitor analysis, and performance insights.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members in their professional development.
• Identify and maximize online sales opportunities across a multi-property hotel portfolio. Required Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in Online Sales, E-Commerce, or Distribution within the hospitality industry.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Booking.com, Expedia, Hotelbeds, WebBeds, and other distribution platforms.
• Advanced understanding of Channel Manager systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in revenue optimization and performance analysis.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Management processes.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Previous experience in a chain hotel environment or managing a multi-property portfolio.
