Position: Restaurant Area Manager (Fine dining Experienced)
Location: Laysen Valley and Via Riyadh
Job Role: Oversee multi-unit restaurant operations, driving financial performance, operational consistency, and guest satisfaction across all assigned venues in the region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct multi-unit daily operations to ensure brand standards, service speed, and product quality remain uniform.
- Manage regional financial performance by monitoring P\&L statements, controlling labor and food costs, and maximizing revenue.
- Lead and mentor Restaurant Managers, conducting regular performance evaluations and fostering leadership development.
- Oversee regional inventory management, vendor relations, and supply chain logistics to maintain cost efficiency.
- Ensure all locations strictly comply with local health, safety, labor laws, and regulatory hygiene standards.
- Implement marketing initiatives and localized promotional strategies to drive traffic and increase customer retention.
- Analyze regional sales data and operational metrics to identify performance gaps and execute strategic improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in upscale or multi-unit hospitality, with at least 3–5 years in a regional or multi-site management role (GCC experience preferred).
- Education \& Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, plus advanced food safety management certifications.
- Leadership \& Strategy: Exceptional business acumen, strong multi-unit team leadership, and fluent English communication skills (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage).
