Position: Restaurant Manager (Fine dining Experienced)
Location: Laysen Valley and Via Riyadh
Job Role Lead daily front-of-house operations and elevate the guest experience, serving as the face of the brand while bridging FOH and kitchen teams to deliver seamless, premium service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete guest journey from arrival to departure, anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Direct all FOH operations, including floor flow, reservation pacing, table allocations, and special event setups.
- Lead, schedule, and train a diverse FOH team through daily briefings, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Track key financial metrics like covers, revenue, and spend-per-head while coordinating with the Head Chef on upselling strategies.
- Maintain clear communication between FOH and kitchen regarding service pace, dietary restrictions, and VIP demands.
- Enforce strict compliance with local health, safety, and regulatory standards alongside brand guidelines.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with VIPs, regulars, and the local community to build brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in upscale F\&B/hotels, including 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager/Senior Lead, managing multicultural teams (GCC experience preferred).
- Education \& Credentials: Hospitality or Business degree preferred; valid food safety certification required.
- Cultural \& Language Skills: Fluent English (Arabic is a plus) combined with strong leadership, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of Gulf guest expectations.
