Are you a Remedial Massage Therapist looking for more than just a treatment room?

BTS Health Clinic is looking for a motivated and professional Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team across our Milton and Mansfield clinics.

You’ll work alongside Physiotherapists, Pilates Instructors, Acupuncturists and other health professionals in a collaborative clinical environment, with opportunities for internal referrals and long-term caseload growth.

About the Role

You will:

• Provide high-quality remedial massage treatments tailored to individual patient needs
• Work collaboratively with Physiotherapists and other practitioners
• Support patients with recovery, mobility, muscular tension and general musculoskeletal management
• Maintain accurate and professional clinical notes
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships
• Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent recognised qualification
• Eligible for Private Health Fund provider registration
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• ABN or willingness to obtain one
• Valid Australian working rights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional and patient-focused approach

Experienced therapists and confident new graduates are welcome to apply.

This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys working in a clinical and rehabilitation-focused environment and wants to develop a strong long-term caseload rather than working in a traditional massage-only setting.
