We have a position available for a Registered Nurse who will deliver patient centred Hospital in the Home (HiTH) care across a variety of settings, ensuring that care provided is safe, appropriate and effective. This role will work collaboratively with other teams to provide support to patients to receive acute nursing interventions and care in their preferred place of residence.
This is a permanent part-time position, working 32 hours per week. This role is based in Whangarei with our nurses working across a 7-day roster between the hours of 8am and 1630, there are no night shifts.

About the Team/Service/Location
Hospital in The Home (HiTH) is a short time limited acute episode of hospital care that is delivered in a patients preferred place of residence. It provides access to specialist acute care that is equivalent to a patient occupying an inpatient bed and includes access to hospital specialists, nursing and to all diagnostic services and medications.
