Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)

Job Description:

• Managing sales enquiry and understanding clients' needs and renovation requests
• Providing professional advice on space planning, design concept, materials selection and project scheduling
• Preparing quotation for clients
• Managing and coordinating projects, ensuring timely handover of unit to clients
• Developing strong relationships with clients while delivering service excellence

Job Requirements:

• Sales experience; Preferable in Electrical / Renovation industry
• Strong \& effective communication skills; Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Possess strong networking and good connection to liaise with customers/agents/suppliers
• Passionate, energetic; Sales-oriented and self-driven

Job Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Sat (9AM – 6PM)
