Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Purchase \& Store Manager for the retail fit-out industry who can handle procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and warehouse/store operations efficiently. The candidate should have strong knowledge of fit-out materials, supplier coordination, cost control, and site material management.
Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase Management
- Source and procure materials required for retail fit-out projects.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and production teams regarding material requirements.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure procurement complies with company budgets and quality standards.
- Track pending orders and follow up with suppliers.
Store \& Inventory Management
- Manage daily operations of warehouse/store.
- Maintain stock records and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement.
- Ensure proper storage of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Coordinate material dispatch to project sites.
- Implement proper labeling and material tracking systems.
Documentation \& Reporting
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, GRNs, and delivery notes.
- Prepare inventory and procurement reports.
- Ensure all records are updated in ERP/software systems.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
Compliance \& Safety
- Ensure warehouse safety standards are maintained.
- Follow company procurement policies and procedures.
- Monitor material quality and compliance with project specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail fit-out/interior fit-out/joinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out retails materials
- Experience in vendor management and inventory control.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- KSA Driving License (Mandatory)

Pay: ﷼1.00 - ﷼2.00 per hour
