What You’ll DoThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: * Manage delivery of EU, LM, AO and TARM services across all NSW/ACT sites. * Coordinate integration of service lines in line with SOW and client expectations. * Monitor regional compliance against contract standards and policies. * Manage regional budgets, forecasting and financial reporting + Support PAS Contract Manager with financial inputs for CCPs and variations. * Build and maintain strong relationships with Defence clients across NSW/ACT.

What You’ll Bring* Hold a Tertiary qualifications in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering or similar. * Ability to obtain and retain an AGSVA Security Clearance. * Extensive experience in senior operations or contract management within infrastructure, FM or Defence sectors + Sound understanding of Government contract structures, especially Statement of Work and CCP processes. * Experience managing large, multi-site service delivery contracts, with solid background managing subcontractors in high-risk or regulated environments. * Comprehensive understanding of asset management and maintenance service delivery.
