Position: Area Manager — Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Candidate Requirements

-Male
-Fluent in Arabic (required)
-Fluent in English (required)
-Responsible, strong on-site problem-solving, and willing to travel between stores in the assigned area (Riyadh, Jeddah)
-Minimum 2-4 years experience in KSA markets.

Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate and build relationships with Partners across retail (store managers), distribution, B2B touch points.
-Onground execution including on-site visits to assess execution standards, display compliance and staff product knowledge.
-Monitor and manage Demo unit and POSM (point-of-sale materials) stock at each store
-Lead, coach and performance-manage field sales representatives, retail staff within the area teritory.
-Monitor and follow up customer complaints, warranty claims and service escalations at area level.
-Handle documentation, including sales records, stock reports, and daily paperwork
-Coordinate logistics and product distribution at area level
-Resolve on-site issues such as damaged products, malfunctioning demo units, and out-of-stock situations
-Compile and submit market situation reports to management

Pay: ﷼175.00 - ﷼230.00 per day
