Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Business Change Management (APAC)
Key Responsibilities
Project Management \& Execution
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, testing, go-live, and handover
- Manage operational project workstreams using established Contract Logistics Project Approach (CLPA) standards
- Conduct project health checks and identify operational gaps with corrective action recommendations
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and implementation quality are achieved
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple countries and sites
System Migration \& Operational Transformation
- Manage WMS, ERP, and technology implementation projects
- Analyze customer operational data to identify improvement opportunities across People, Process, Systems, and Layout
- Support warehouse solution design and supply chain optimization initiatives
- Drive change management and user adoption during system and process transitions
- Minimize operational disruption during implementation phases
Risk \& Stakeholder Management
- Define project scope, timelines, risks, and mitigation plans
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders, customers, and operational teams
- Escalate project risks proactively and ensure timely resolution
- Support operational readiness and successful project deployment
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience within logistics and supply chain operations
- Proven experience managing implementation projects from initiation through go-live
- Strong hands-on experience in WMS / ERP implementation and migration projects
- Experience handling medium to large-scale operational transformation projects
- Exposure to industries such as FMCG, Healthcare, Cold Chain, High-Tech, or Contract Logistics is preferred

- PMP Certification
- Prince2 Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Experience:
- operational project management: 5 years (Preferred)
- managing implementation projects from start to finish: 4 years (Preferred)
- leading medium to large-scale WMS/ ERP projects: 3 years (Preferred)
- warehouse solution design and supply chain network design: 3 years (Preferred)
- PMP or Prince 2 certification: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects: 3 years (Preferred)
- Data visualization tools such as Power BI: 3 years (Preferred)
- WMS, TMS: 3 years (Preferred)
