Project Engineer - Electrical

Position: Project Engineer
Starting Salary: RM 2,800 – RM 3,000
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM (Monday – Friday)
Location: Petaling Jaya

Requirements

• Must possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design \& Engineering Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical system designs for projects (e.g. LV/MV systems, lighting, earthing).
• Redesign single-line diagrams (SLD), schematics, load calculations, and cable sizing.

2. Project Planning \& Coordination

• Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, mechanical) to ensure integrated design.
• Attend design meetings, client briefings, and technical discussions.
• Review project specifications and align with client requirements.
• Prepare project timelines and monitor project progress.

3. Site Supervision \& Reporting

• Conduct site visits to monitor installation works.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare engineering reports, progress reports, and technical submissions.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
