The IT company Andersen invites a Project Coordinator to join its team.

Responsibilities
– Coordinating resource allocation across projects, working with CRM and ERP systems.
– Keeping project “demands” up to date.
– Monitoring and updating information in 1C.
– Creating requests in the ticketing system for candidate preparation.
– Introducing, managing, and preparing candidates before interviews.
– Preparing and updating onboarding materials for projects (preparing employees for interviews with clients/teams).
– Organizing and monitoring the quality of project onboarding (preparation statistics, interview success tracking).
– Collecting feedback for each team member on a monthly/quarterly basis.
– Planning team members’ vacations and coordinating with all stakeholders.
– Identifying new opportunities for account growth.
– Monitoring project risks and preparing “Risk of leaving” reports.
– Preparing monthly reports on team time logged and syncing them with 1C for invoicing.
– Collecting weekly working hours from developers via chat and timely entering them into the client’s Worklog and time tracking.
– Creating tasks in Jira for new developers on the project, monitoring time tracking, and updating project information.
– Providing consultative support to developers on emerging issues.
– Executing tasks assigned by the Delivery Manager.
– Collaborating with sales managers, client stakeholders, and internal management to manage and grow accounts/projects.
– Maintaining and updating project information in Jira/Confluence.
Requirements
– Experience in management or sales for at least 1 year.
– Understanding of client engagement models (Staff augmentation, Dedicated team).
– Basic understanding of technical aspects.
– Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
– Understanding of Agile principles.
– Systematic thinking, ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, partners, and clients.
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
– Understanding of how to work with Jira and Confluence.
– English proficiency – from Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Desired skills
– Completed courses in project management or training.
– Experience working in an IT company.
– Knowledge of 1C.
