Job Description

About the Roles

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Interior / A\&A) to oversee interior and construction-related projects within the furniture manufacturing and building sector. Based in Mandai Estate, this permanent role offers a 5-day work week (Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM) and comes with a competitive salary package including variable bonus plus medical and dental benefits. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering renovation and interior works projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timeline objectives are met.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop project budgets, cost estimates, and timelines while establishing effective construction plans.
  • Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors, workers, and on-site activities.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth project delivery.
  • Organise and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure work progresses according to schedule and required standards.
  • Track project performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, contracts, variation orders, and project documentation.
  • Ensure all works comply with workplace safety regulations and required quality standards.
  • Support project completion activities, including final inspections, handover processes, and closing documentation.
  • Carry out additional project-related tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline recognised by BCA.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the Singapore construction industry.
  • Exposure to office renovation, interior finishing works, furniture-related projects, or Addition \& Alteration (A\&A) works will be advantageous.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
