JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for Infra IT Project Manager with 8+ years of experience.

Skills: Project Management, Networking, Data centre, Cyber security products.

Responsibilities:

• Experience of handling large-scale Transitions and Transformation in M\&A/Divestiture programs.
• Experience of handling financials and maintaining the Buyer seller senior stakeholders.
• Experience on AWS Cloud migration.
• Experience on Networking, Data center, Cyber security products.
• Experience and thorough knowledge in Project management 9 domains.
• Certified in Project management PMP

Description:

• Program Manager for Divestment of AXA Malaysia and Singapore
• Responsible to manage the whole program from AXA GO IT.
• Lead discussions with buying entity and setup a framework and process for Transition and Migration
• Prepare a track program plan adhering to the M\&A strategy of AXA.
• Manage Risk committee meetings to make sure security controls for large scale migrations are met
• Manage Due diligence, Planning, System migration, Closure
• Strategize and provide estimation on the overall program phase
• Prepare Migration plan and manage to make sure there is no Schedule or Cost variance
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, securing favorable terms that supported budgetary constraints.
• Create Change request for any deviation in Scope, Cost and timeline for the baselined Transition out plan
• Responsible to run Risk Workshops, prepare and maintain Risk Register throughout the phase of Project
• Stakeholder Management
• Manage executive meetings and communication to highlight RAG status.
• Escalation management
• Investigate the escalations and make sure they are addressed on time
• Billing management
• Make sure the entities are billed according to the project budget
• Create POs to the vendors under project non FTE cost
• Work closely with Datacenter to understand the current application distribution in Onprem DC and Cloud.
• Work with Buyer IT team to strategize the Datacenter capacity management at destination.
• Strategize Cloud data migration.
