We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team and work in direct cooperation with the main program manager on the client side, supporting program development, internal and external communication, project execution, and documentation, while contributing to admin operations and analytical reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Program Lead on execution of existing projects and introduction of new initiatives to the program
- Manage communication with community members effectively, support their membership queries, offer opportunities, and connect them with relevant audience
- Create, maintain, and update project schedules effectively as well as project documentation and reporting
- Collect feedback and program data, analyze it, and prepare and present insights and results to the Program Lead
- Build documentation, playbooks, and content for the communities
- Support the team in admin operations and analysis of metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience with excellent coordination skills and ability to work independently
- Skills in interacting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including program managers and community members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets, with the ability to use various functions to effectively process and manage information and data
- Background in marketing and communications, including writing engaging newsletters and creating compelling content for community engagement platforms
- English Level Writing/Speaking C1
Nice to have
- Experience of being a member/lead of a community (developers community, student organization, non-governmental organization, charity organizations)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment
- Familiarity with an environment that solely used Google Workspace products (Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail)
- Skills in marketing and graphic content creation
