Project Manager

We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee a Project in Dammam. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing audits across targeted operational, safety or compliance areas. You will coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and key stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and in full alignment with required governance and standards.Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with overall audit objectives.
• Audit Coordination: Schedule, track, and manage field or departmental audits, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, department heads, and stakeholders.
• Risk \& Issue Tracking: Monitor project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure standard compliance throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Reporting \& Delivery: Consolidate audit findings into clear, executive-ready reports and track the progress of resulting remediation plans.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing compliance, operational, or financial audits.
• Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of project lifecycles, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to navigate complex organizational structures and deliver clear status updates.
• Tools: Proficiency with standard project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and reporting tools.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
