仕事内容:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Local Coordinator based in Japan to support our regional operations. This role will act as a key local coordinator for supply chain, logistics, and warehouse coordination, while also serving as a personal business assistant during executive visits to Japan.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, familiar with local business practices, and capable of driving within and outside Japan for business-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain, Logistics \& Warehouse Coordination.
  • Coordinate with local and international suppliers to support smooth supply chain operations.
  • Liaise with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and warehouses to track shipments and deliveries
  • Monitor inventory movement and assist with warehouse-related communications
  • Support documentation, follow-ups, and issue resolution related to logistics and supply chain activities
  • Act as a local bridge between Japan-based partners and overseas headquarters
  • Serve as the local coordinator for business activities in Japan and surrounding areas
  • Arrange and support meetings with suppliers, partners, and service providers
  • Assist with translation or clarification when working with local partners (if needed)
  • Provide on-the-ground support to ensure business activities run smoothly.
  • Act as a business assistant during executive visits to Japan.
  • Support travel arrangements, local scheduling, and coordination.
