About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Assistants to support our bridal pop-up event in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant retail setting for a luxury bridal brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Shift Details:
- Saturday, 20th June 2026
- 9:00am - 7:00pm (with 1 hr unpaid break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience
- Assist brides-to-be and their guests in browsing and selecting items
- Handle product enquiries with knowledge and professionalism
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and help keep the space tidy and organised
- Support with basic event setup and pack down
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the pop-up
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience is essential (bridal retail would be a bonus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers
- Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Must have the relevant Right to Work documents and be able to provide these upon request
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
