About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Assistants to support our bridal pop-up event in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant retail setting for a luxury bridal brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Shift Details:

  • Saturday, 20th June 2026
  • 9:00am - 7:00pm (with 1 hr unpaid break)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience
  • Assist brides-to-be and their guests in browsing and selecting items
  • Handle product enquiries with knowledge and professionalism
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and help keep the space tidy and organised
  • Support with basic event setup and pack down
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the pop-up

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is essential (bridal retail would be a bonus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers
  • Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset
  • Must have the relevant Right to Work documents and be able to provide these upon request
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
