Assistant Site Supervisor/Site Supervisor (prefer GDL)

Position Title: Assistant Site Supervisor
Reports To: Site Supervisor / Project Manager
Key Requirement: Must possess a valid GDL License for the purpose of transporting construction materials and equipment to project locations.
Location: HQ Johor Jaya Office
Working days: 6 days, 8am-5pm
Salary Package: Basic + attendance allowance + transport /GDL allowance + OT claim + medical benefits

Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Site Supervisor to support the daily operations of our construction projects. You will be the "eyes and ears" on the ground, ensuring that materials, manpower, and safety measures are aligned with the project plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics \& Material Planning: Support the Project Manager in forecasting material requirements. Coordinate the delivery, movement, and handling of materials to site using your valid GDL License, ensuring that the right quantities are available to avoid downtime.
• Technical Assistance: Conduct site surveys and gather technical measurements. Assist in preparing material take-offs and dimensional checks to ensure installation accuracy.
• Manpower Coordination: Supervise daily worker activities, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively. Conduct daily site safety briefings (toolbox talks) and monitor worker attendance and performance.
• Health \& Safety Enforcement: Vigilantly monitor site safety, ensuring strict adherence to PPE regulations. Assist in the preparation and closure of Permit-to-Work (PTW) documentation.
• Administrative Reporting: Keep the project flow transparent by compiling daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. Prepare RFI (Request for Inspection) forms to coordinate with quality assurance teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the site team in operational meetings, project reviews, and site safety committee sessions, providing ground-level feedback to management.

Requirement:

1. Preferably applicant possess CIDB License, GDL License

2. Minimum education requirement: completion of secondary education

3. SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical \& Electronic, civil engineering, or related field is preferred

4. Proven experience working as a site supervisor preferably in E\&E/ELV/Wiring

5. Knowledge of construction safety regulations

6. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment

7. Good leadership skills

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

9. Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
