Pharmacist Manager

The pharmacy is part of a small group of community pharmacies based in the Northwest of England and is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic pharmacist to join our team.

The new contractual framework for community pharmacy is providing exciting new opportunities for us and we are committed to make it work for the whole team. In addition, we are offering an ever growing range of private services to our patients.

We seek a commercially focused pharmacist with excellent clinical skills who can communicate effectively with patients, staff, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.

This is a full-time permanent position.

We require you to:

• Help build a more clinically focused role for our pharmacists whilst supporting the supply of repeat and acute prescription medicines.
• Understand and grow revenue and margin with our business.
• Maintain and improve peoples’ health by promoting Healthy Living Pharmacy services
• Ensure the effective and efficient running of the pharmacy, leading by example
• Ensure the pharmacy engages with all commissioned services and complies with the pharmacy quality framework. At the same time help investigate new private opportunities.
• Be able to meet deadlines and take responsibility and ownership of the role
• Ensure the pharmacy is running to GPHC standards

PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY FAVOURED

You will have support from head office and regular training to up skill on private and NHS services.

Pay: £38,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
