Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and events.
- Handle calls, emails, and draft documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students/clients.
- Oversee office operations, supplies, and records (digital \& physical).
- Assist in research, reports, and special projects.
- Accompany the CEO to VIP events, training, and business meetings.
- Take photos and assist with basic content documentation when accompanying the CEO at events, meetings, and other business activities.
Requirement
- Experienced or fresh graduates welcome!
- Fluent in English, Malay \& Mandarin (Compulsory).
- Must own a laptop \& be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and great communication skills.
- Age: 24 - 37 years old.
- Can travel or Outstation with CEO
- Must have own transport
