Operations Assistant - Fit-Out/Joinery

The Operations Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, cost control, resource management, and compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Strictly with Fit-out/Joinery experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Operations Management

• Oversee the execution of all fit-out and interior projects from commencement to handover.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation.

2. Team \& Resource Management

• Manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and labor teams.
• Coordinate manpower deployment, equipment, and materials across projects.
• Ensure workforce productivity and operational efficiency.

3. Client \& Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers regarding project requirements and progress.
• Attend project meetings and provide operational updates.
• Resolve project-related issues and client concerns promptly.

4. Procurement \& Cost Control

• Coordinate with procurement and store departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor project costs and assist in controlling operational expenses.
• Review variations, quotations, and subcontractor performance.

5. Quality, Safety \& Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.

6. Reporting \& Performance Monitoring

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Track project KPIs, productivity, budgets, and completion milestones.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Operations management: 2 years (Required)
• Fitouts: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driver's license (Required)
