Cake Delivery Driver & Operations Coordinator

The Cake Lab is expanding its operation's team and we're on the lookout for Cake Delivery Driver cum Operations Coordinator

Role Summary:
Responsible for safe and timely delivery of cakes and orders to customers while supporting day-to-day shop operations. The role involves coordinating with customers on day-to-day operational activities, deliveries, managing delivery schedules, ensuring proper cake handling during transportation, assisting with order preparation and dispatch, and coordinating with the kitchen, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver cakes and customer orders safely and on time.
• Handle cakes carefully during loading, transportation, and delivery.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and routes.
• Verify orders, quantities, addresses, and delivery instructions before dispatch.
• Coordinate with customers on day-to-day operational activities, delivery schedules, and order requirements.
• Support packing, dispatch, and order handover activities.
• Maintain delivery records and collect payments when required.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and sales team to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
• Monitor delivery vehicles and ensure cleanliness and basic maintenance.
• Support general shop operations when required.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and report any delivery issues promptly.

Work Location: The Cake Lab- JTL, Dubai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
