Job Purpose

Drive strategic management of key accounts in the rare diseases area by developing and executing account plans aligned with sales and growth targets. Deliver value through data-driven omnichannel engagement tailored to HCP needs, ensuring high compliance standards.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key accounts; build strong relationships with HCPs
  • Design and execute omnichannel engagement strategies
  • Analyze data and optimize customer journeys and KPIs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams
  • Identify market opportunities and support business growth
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards Required Education

University degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business or related)Required Skills and Experience

  • 6–10 years in Pharma/Biotech
  • Experience in rare diseases, oncology, hematology, or endocrinology
  • Background in KAM, marketing, or customer engagement
  • Experience in omnichannel (F2F, remote, digital)
  • Knowledge of the Polish healthcare system Technical Competencies

  • CRM and analytics tools
  • KPI tracking and performance optimization
  • Understanding of omnichannel engagement Required Behaviours and Competencies

  • Strategic thinking and commercial mindset
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • High compliance awareness Required Languages

Fluent Polish and very good EnglishTravel required in %
