Description

Hi! We’re Go-To, and we’ve been looking for you.

A little bit about us

We love skincare and think we’re pretty good at making it. Our specialty is uncomplicated skincare that your skin is going to love.

About the role

We’re looking for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Creative Lead, this opportunity has come about thanks to an exciting internal promotion, with one of our Graphic Designers recently stepping into a Creative Lead role. We love seeing our team grow and develop, and now we’re looking for a brilliant designer to help continue bringing the Go-To brand to life.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail and is passionate about creating beautiful, effective design. From website and EDM design through to campaign rollouts, social content and digital advertising, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver engaging creative that supports both brand and commercial objectives.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Designing and rolling out integrated campaigns across website, email, social, paid media, print and other brand touchpoints.
  • Creating wireframes, landing pages and website experiences in Figma, with a strong focus on user experience, accessibility and conversion.
  • Designing and building EDMs in Klaviyo, applying best-practice design and basic HTML knowledge.
  • Creating motion graphics and simple animations for digital channels, including website, social media and advertising.
  • Producing high-quality creative assets across digital, print and video formats.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all creative outputs and ensuring work aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating on presenting design concepts and creative solutions.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Graphic Design, Digital Design or similar creative role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital, campaign, social, website and brand design.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, with experience designing websites, landing pages and digital user experiences.
  • Experience designing and building EDMs in Klaviyo or a similar email platform.
  • Experience creating digital animations and motion graphics.
  • A strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence presenting ideas and receiving feedback.
  • A passion for art, beauty, fashion and culture, with an eye for emerging design trends.

The Important Bits

This is a full-time role based in Sydney, with a flexible, hybrid working policy. Salary is TBD depending on experience.

At Go-To, we make things fun that have no right to be. We’re a small but growing company that values creativity, cleverness, collaboration, and culture. We love fun parties, full biscuit tins, flexibility, and a healthy work-life balance. And yes, we also like the colour peach – in moderation. We don’t consider race, religion, colour, national origin, age, gender, disability, marital status, or your feelings about pineapple on pizza when recruiting.

Does this sound like you? We hope so!
