Star Medical Clinic has three locations that are committed to offering exceptional patient care. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting Patients: Warmly welcome patients and visitors to the medical centre.
- Scheduling Appointments: Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and canceling as needed.
- Phone and Email Handling: Answer phone calls and emails, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Patient Check-In/Check-Out: Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting personal information and processing payments.
- Record Management: Maintain and update patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Ability to work across both our Chatswood and Hornsby clinics is preferred.
Pay: $29.00 – $35.00 per hour
