We're looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at Lumus Imaging, located within St George Private Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and experienced team in an interesting medical imaging environment.

This is a permanent, full-time position where no two days are the same! You'll be the welcoming face of our practice, greeting patients, managing bookings, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The site is particularly active with MRI services, so you'll gain great exposure to the medical imaging world.

About You

You don't need to have worked in healthcare before what matters most to us is your attitude and your passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We will provide training and support every step of the way. You will bring: * A warm, professional manner with a genuine desire to help people * Strong communication, IT and organisational skills * High level customer service experience from any industry * The ability to multitask in a busy environment * Experience in healthcare administration is desirable but not essential
