We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Media \& Communications Manager (UAE National) to lead and elevate the organization’s brand presence, corporate communications, and public engagement initiatives across our group of companies.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping integrated communication strategies, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and enhancing brand visibility across traditional and digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand \& Content Strategy
- Lead the development of marketing-driven content including articles, newsletters, press releases, and corporate profiles.
- Ensure all communication materials effectively highlight the organization’s strengths and competitive advantages within the healthcare and veterinary sectors.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all subsidiaries.
Corporate Communications
- Design and implement internal communication frameworks aligned with organizational objectives and corporate identity.
- Support leadership communication initiatives and employee engagement campaigns.
- Ensure effective coordination between departments and the marketing team.
Public Relations \& Brand Advocacy
- Manage media relations, external communications, and strategic partnerships.
- Secure high-impact brand placements and publicity opportunities.
- Coordinate with agencies, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s market presence and reputation.
Digital \& Social Media Integration
- Oversee communication strategies across digital and social media platforms.
- Ensure content supports engagement objectives, audience growth, and marketing KPIs.
- Monitor digital analytics and recommend data-driven communication improvements.
Event Marketing \& Promotion
- Lead communication and promotional strategies for medical conferences, facility launches, corporate events, and community initiatives.
- Maximize attendance, media coverage, and brand visibility through targeted campaigns.
Regulatory \& Public Affairs
- Manage relationships with government and regulatory entities.
- Ensure all marketing communications and public announcements comply with UAE regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- UAE National (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align communication initiatives with business objectives and ROI
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media management platforms, and brand analytics
