Marketing \& Sales Specialist / Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging visual content (photos and videos) for social media platforms.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
• Create compelling captions, copy, and digital content aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure cohesive visuals and messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new content ideas.

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.

2. Create engaging and original content for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.

3. Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

5. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure brand consistency.

6. Write creative captions, taglines, and ad copies that align with the brand’s tone.

7. Monitor, track, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

8. Manage the company’s social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

9. Shoot and edit short videos and photos for marketing and advertising purposes.

10. Assist in organizing and covering events, photoshoots, and influencer collaborations.

11. Brainstorm new ideas for campaigns and seasonal promotions.

12. Optimize content for SEO and engagement performance.

13. Build relationships with influencers, media partners, and marketing agencies.

14. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports and performance insights.

15. Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a media or marketing company.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in photo and video shooting.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Reading \& Writing).
• High attention to details Accuracy
• Excellent oral and written communication style
• Working Hours: Flexible to work at night and during weekends.
