Marketing Executive

Job Description

• Campaign Development: Assist in planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. This applies for the Toby's Estate brand as well as its various products and services, including but not limited to the mobile app, catering, popups and special collaborations, etc.ii) Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints (social media, mobile app, delivery portals, channels of business partners such as malls)
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends locally, and competitive landscape
• Content Creation: Develop marketing materials (brochures, social media posts, etc.) to support campaigns and various business needs
• Public Relations: Research and onboard brand ambassadors. Maintain and strengthen relations with pre-existing ones to engage them in rolling out brand communications as and when needed
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute PR events or product launches together with other departments
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign/event performance, adjusting strategies based on learnings
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders in operations, mobile app, customer service, catering, purchasing, finance, and projects teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Collaborate effectively with external stakeholders and business partners such as, but not limited to, malls, companies under the Partners Program, and agencies.

Requirements:

Must have 3-5 years experience as Marketing Executive in F\&B Industry or Marketing Agency preferred

Bachelor in Marketing, Business administration or relevant discipline

Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

Excellent communication and people skills

Must be Bilingual proficient in English \& Arabic
