Social Media Marketing and Website Management

SOCIAL MEDIA \& WEBSITE EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a full-time Social Media \& Website Executive to join our team in the garment/fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow all company social media platforms
• Create, plan and publish engaging content, reels, stories and campaigns
• Manage and update the company website
• Handle basic website content, products and promotions
• Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, leads and sales
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Understand customer behavior and identify opportunities to increase sales
• Coordinate digital marketing activities across our different outlets
• Maintain and organize online folders and digital assets
• Monitor performance and prepare basic reports
• Stay updated with social media trends and digital marketing tools

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms
• Experience with website management
• Good command of English \& Arabic
• Basic knowledge of accounting/accounts
• Understanding of sales strategies and customer conversion
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media growth
• Creative, proactive and responsible
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Driving license is an advantage
• Willing to travel to our other outlets across the GCC when required
