Aaura is a specialist staffing provider within children's residential services, committed to creating safe, nurturing and therapeutic homes where young people can thrive. We provide high-quality support that promotes stability, wellbeing and positive outcomes for the young people we support.
Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to protecting our young people by creating environments where they feel safe, valued and supported. All positions are subject to a robust safer recruitment process, including enhanced DBS checks, reference verification, scrutiny of employment history and thorough interviews designed to identify any gaps or inconsistencies in employment records.
