NTT DATA is looking for a high-performing Senior Client Manager- Business Applications to join our growing team and help customers unlock value from modern business applications and managed services.

This is a quota-carrying sales role focused on developing strategic client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and expanding existing accounts across a portfolio of Business Applications and Managed Services solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their business priorities and position services that deliver measurable outcomes.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key business and technology stakeholders.
  • Become the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand customer goals, challenges, and transformation priorities.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions.

Sales \& Account Growth

  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to contract signature.
  • Generate demand through proactive client engagement and market insights.
  • Deliver against sales targets and growth objectives.

Business Applications \& Managed Services Sales

  • Position Business Applications solutions and Managed Services offerings aligned to customer outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for application support, optimization, enhancement, and transformation services.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and subject matter experts to develop winning proposals.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and proposal presentations.

Pipeline \& Forecast Management

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Accurately manage forecasts and sales activities through CRM systems.
  • Use structured sales methodologies to progress opportunities and achieve predictable results.

What You'll Bring

Experience

  • Proven success in a Client Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Sales role within technology services.
  • Experience selling Professional Services, Business Applications, Consulting Services, or Managed Services.
  • Experience in Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft and Data \& AI services sales.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business applications and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into value-based solutions.

  • Existing network within enterprise, mid-market, or public sector organizations.
