Assistant Manager – Marketing \& Social Media

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, results-driven, and highly organized Assistant Manager – Marketing \& Social Media to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across our brands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, content creation, branding, and social media management, with the ability to develop engaging campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Eurostaffs, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, influencers, and external agencies when required.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing analytics and performance reports.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Support the planning and execution of product launches, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing requirements with operations and other internal departments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend new marketing opportunities.
- Manage online reviews and customer engagement across social media platforms.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure timely execution of approved initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Eurostaffs, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and social media analytics.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with excellent planning and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in the Hospitality, Café, Restaurant, Retail, Lifestyle, Fitness, or Consumer Brands industry is highly preferred.
Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
