Key Responsibilities
1. Breakdown Logging \& Tracking
- Record and update all machinery breakdowns info in the central system (Google Sheets)
2. Job Order (JO) Management
- Issue and track Job Orders (JO) for all repair and maintenance activities
- Ensure all work is carried out with proper authorization
3. Repair Coordination \& Follow-Up
- Monitor ongoing repair jobs and track machine downtime
- Escalate delays or critical issues to management
4. Communication \& Coordination
- Act as a liaison between supervisor, mechanics and management
- Ensure clear and timely communication regarding machinery status
Education \& Experience
- Diploma or Degree in any field (Engineering / Construction-related preferred)
- Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in construction / workshop / maintenance / logistics field
Skills \& Competencies
- Organizational Skills to manage and track ongoing issues simultaneously
- Strong Follow-Up \& Accountability
- Attention to Detail to maintain accurate record
- Good communication Skills
- Basic Technical Understanding on machinery is an advantage
- Computer Skills in Google sheets / Excel
Working Environment
- Office-based with regular coordination and visit to site and workshop
- May require communication outside office hours for urgent breakdown cases
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
