A liaison officer handles a variety of informational, interpersonal, and operational duties:

- Relationship Management: Fostering trust and cooperation between organizations.
- Troubleshooting: Navigating logistical issues, de-escalating disputes, and reporting on shared projects.

Liaison officers are employed across multiple sectors depending on their specific focus:
- Government & Law Enforcement: Connecting municipal or federal bodies with the public, or aligning local police with external agencies.
- Corporate & Finance: Interacting with regulatory bodies like Bank Negara Malaysia or bridging the gap between external partners and internal legal/compliance teams.
- Healthcare & Education: Acting as a Patient Liaison Officer in clinics or a Parent Liaison Officer in international schools to guide families and coordinate support services.
Skills Required
To excel in this role, a liaison officer must have strong diplomatic negotiation skills, outstanding organizational capabilities, and a deep understanding of the parent organization they represent. Key competencies include:

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
